How do i register?
For Online registration, Read the Terms and Contitions and then click on REGISTER Icon. You can also register in person at our office, sending DD or Money Order along with PHOTO/BIODATA/HOROSCOPE ETC., AT FOLLOWING ADDRESS:

What if i don't enter my personal information?
If you don't enter your personal information your profile will not be available to other users which will reduce your chances in getting success.

When I suspend my membership, does it end my subscription? Can I put my subscription on hold?
No. Once you purchase a subscription, it will remain active till your validity time. You cannot hold your subscription. DO NOT use your matrimonial profile to display your contact details and do not include content that is vulgar, pornographic or racist.
How do I make the payment through post / courier?
You can also send payments through / D.D. / M.O. by post / courier or you can visit our offices and pay by cash / D.D.
How do I make the online payment?

How do I create my profile online?
There are 2 type of registration one 1.Free membership. 2. Premium membership. you can choose any one of this and click those buttons and register your profile.
Do I have to fill the entire registration form?
It is necessary to fill the maximum information you have so that the prospective partner can understand your needs and can act accordingly. Also the chances of your marriage success will enhance proportional.
Can I change all the information on my profile and edit my profile?
You can change most of the information on your profile by clicking on to edit icon. However, you cannot change your Username, Date of Birth, Gender or Caste.
How do I delete my profile?
You cannot delete your profile yourself or send an email to RIM and we will do it for you.
How do I get my profile back on site after I have deleted it?
If you have deleted your profile, you will have to create a new one. You will not be able to use the same user ID and e-mail ID as that gets occupied under your status and becomes inactive after deletion.
What is Client No. / Profile ID?
A Client No. / Profile ID is a unique number. To identify you uniquely, a Client No. / Profile ID is assigned to you when you register with us. This Client No. / Profile ID is to be referred in all correspondence to RIM.com
Can I give my email id and password to my friends or relatives?
No. You cannot give your email id and password.
How long will it take to upgrade my profile, once I make the payment?
We will upgrade your profile as soon as we receive your payment which may take 24 to 48 hours. An e-mail confirming your upgrade will be sent to you.
Is it possible to personally visit your office and make the payment?
Yes, you certainly can!
Can I get contact details of selected profiles?
Yes, you can get contact details of the selected profiles as mentioned in the Membership Schemes at our Hubli office.
How do I add my success story?
Please send us an e-mail with your & your spouse’s Client No. / Profile ID & we will do the needful
